Jeff Judy’s goal is to make institutions more effective and efficient in managing organizational issues and customer relationships. He contributes to enhanced institutional performance through better understanding of the strategic outcomes of bank activities.
Mr. Judy provides a framework for understanding not only the “how” of an activity, but the “why” and benefits of that activity. He offers culture assessment and development, curriculum and course development, training delivery, and general consulting.
Mr. Judy draws on many years of experience in the financial services industry, in both international and domestic areas. This experience in lending, credit administration, credit policy, and credit training are complemented with experience in operations and marketing. Mr. Judy draws upon the entire body of his work experiences to provide his clients with learning experiences that deliver true practical value for participants.
Mr. Judy has held positions with Continental-Illinois National Bank, Norwest Banks, Norwest Corporation, and AgriBank KB. He is a consultant and trainer for several state bank associations, such as the American Bankers Association, Conference of State Bank Supervisors, RMA, and individual bank clients. Primary areas of focus are credit risk management, credit culture, customer relationship management, and credit training.
Mr. Judy is a graduate of Simpson College and served in the U.S. Marine Corps.
